Jersey Shore Family Photos

You’ll never guess what happened during this Jersey Shore family photography session in Ocean City–Grandma fell into the ocean! Thankfully she was okay and laughed it off, but I did happen to snap a photo of it. Keep scrolling to see!
The K family met me at sunset for a portrait session on the beach. They are longtime Ocean City goers, so they wanted to document this special time in their lives with their son and his grandparents. Baby Jack was so interested in a nearby dog that we took several breaks to go and visit him. The dog’s family was so kind; they even gave Jack some snacks to munch on!
If you’re a family with young children, it’s important to remember to just go with the flow during your photo session. Almost all of these photographs are completely natural and candid–and they perfectly capture the memories this sweet family made this summer at the Jersey shore.

Ooof! You never know what’s going to happen during a session, and this was no exception. Thankfully, Grandma had such a good attitude and was able to take a few more family pictures at the end of our session. And she did a great job shielding baby Jack from the ocean waves!
