South Jersey is full of beautiful places to take family portraits. From flower gardens to sandy beaches, the sky’s the limit when it comes to the look you’re after. I’ve managed to narrow the list down based on the variety of backdrops, amenities offered, and privacy offered.
Photographs on the beach are always so dreamy. The way the light peeks over the grassy slopes and reflects off the water is hard to beat–there’s something so magical and carefree about running barefoot through the sand and splashing through the water!
This was such a special session for so many reasons. It was my third time working with the C family, and the cherry blossoms hold great personal significance to them. I’ve worked with the wonderful C family before during an extended family shoot and I was so excited to see them again on this gorgeous early spring day for another round of family photos. We met just in time to take pictures for little M’s second birthday. To celebrate, she wore a balloon dress with a pompom crown, carried a princess wand, and pushed around a vintage carriage that her older sister also had for her second birthday. It was the perfect princess shoot for this sweet birthday girl!
