This fall, it was my joy to work with this lively family of 6 in this beautiful secret garden setting.

Jessica and Jason welcomed their baby girl, Maren, over Labor Day weekend and brought her home to a gorgeous nursery in soft tones of beige and sage. Their dog, Rosie, was happy to meet her new sister and stuck close by as I photographed this session. As a Collingswood newborn photographer, it is such an honor to be welcomed into the sacred space of a growing family–those first few weeks are so precious and go by so quickly!

There were several moments throughout their shoot which reminded me of my favorite impressionist paintings–of women becoming fully immersed in the luscious rejuvenation of spring. This cycle of birth and renewal was the perfect metaphor for Erin’s spring maternity photoshoot.
