I was so excited when Alli reached out about getting extended family portraits done while everyone was together for Thanksgiving. Not only is she a part of my new family-in-law, but she’s also a family photographer in Virginia! Extended family sessions are a great way to document your special memories when everyone can be together. As a Sewell family photographer, I love seeing families interact with each other at these sessions because everyone is just so excited to celebrate finally being together!
Coordinating outfits for a large group can be a challenge though. That’s why with every family session I include my extensive Family Session Guide to help you choose colors that will look flattering in photos for so many people. This guide is also packed with other helpful tips like how to prepare your kids, what to bring, and how to pick a good location.
