At the heart of my work as a Princeton family photographer is the belief that family is everything. Every family has its unique story, and my goal is to capture those precious moments that will create lifelong memories for you to look back on. This fall, it was my joy to work with this lively family of 6 in a beautiful secret garden setting in central New Jersey.
Princeton offers a wealth of picturesque locations year-round, each with its own unique charm. My favorite spots are tucked around the Princeton University campus, but Marquand Park is another popular one. This park is a gem that provides a diverse range of settings for your family portraits, from meadows and woods to manicured gardens.
Another great Princeton campus photoshoot location is at the Prospect House and Garden. This Italian-style home built in the 1800s offers a gorgeous architectural backdrop and sweeping flower gardens, perfect for a spring family photoshoot.

It’s so important to me as a family photographer to capture genuine, authentic moments for the clients I have the privilege of photographing. During this mid-September session, I sought out where the best lighting was and then encouraged natural interactions between family members, allowing the kids to be themselves. We even stopped for an impromptu dance party in front of this architecturally gorgeous building.
My full-service photography experience means that you don’t have to lift a finger to get gorgeous family portraits. My offerings include the use of a high-end client closet, an easygoing session to play with your children, and the creation of heirloom artwork to display in your home. If that sounds like what you’re looking for, I’d love to chat more!
